Hi. My name is Brodie Chan.
When people ask me what I do, I usually pause for an uncomfortably long amount of time then answer "I'm a Food Creative". Most people don't know what the hell a Food Creative is and, to be honest, most days neither do I. It's not a normal job (OK, I totally made up my own job title).
Basically, I play with my food. And I'll play with your food too. I am good at:
- creating interesting, original recipes (some of my yummiest here);
- making food look a lot better than 97% of people on Instagram can (food styling);
- photography (have a look here).

My work has been published in a few glossies including Donna Hay, Australian Gourmet Traveller, Australian Women's Weekly, House & Garden, Real Living, Recipes +, Nourish, Woolworths Fresh and Coles Magazine.
